Winum Deposit: Payment Methods for India

The cashier is localised for the Indian market: amounts display in rupees, UPI sits first in the method list, and deposits credit before the payment app's confirmation screen closes in most cases. This page covers every available channel, its real limits, and what to do when money leaves the bank but the balance does not update.

Step-by-Step: Depositing via UPI

  1. Log in and open the cashier with the Deposit button in the header.
  2. Select UPI, enter the amount (₹300 minimum) and confirm.
  3. The cashier issues a UPI ID or QR code valid for 10 minutes.
  4. Pay from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank's UPI app to that exact ID for the exact amount.
  5. The balance updates automatically; no screenshot is needed for a normal transaction.
Pay the exact amount shown in the cashier. Rounded or split payments are the number one cause of delayed crediting, because the payment gateway matches transfers by amount and reference.

If the Deposit Did Not Arrive

Three scenarios cover nearly all deposit tickets:

Deposits do not require verification — KYC applies to withdrawals only. There is no fee on the casino side for any method, and the cashier displays the exact credited amount before confirmation.
